Fermentation Nation for Bon Appetit
Fermented foods announce their presence in that special, fermented way. We did not spill much but after two days the studio was barely tolerable. I washed the floors and tabletops twice and still the place stunk for two weeks. We installed this image on the floor. It was about two meters wide and took about half a day to set up and shoot.
